RevenueFlow (revenueflow.com) sells outsourced cold outbound: they build your ICP and lists, run email and LinkedIn sequences, qualify replies by hand, and book meetings on your calendar. It's a real service with real case studies published on their own site. What it isn't is a software platform — there's no product you log into, no API, no public pricing page, and no independent third-party validation of their results. Acclivity Labs is the opposite structure: a real agent platform (CRM, outbound automation, enrichment, LinkedIn engagement) that a customer can run themselves or have us run for them, backed by a public trust center and a public benchmarks page built from our own live send data.

Where RevenueFlow's model is genuinely worth learning from

Two things about RevenueFlow's approach are worth taking seriously rather than dismissing. First, pure outcome-based pricing (pay only for a qualified meeting, no retainer) is a real structural choice most agencies in this space don't make — most competitors they themselves write about charge $5,000–$14,000+/month retainers regardless of results. Second, their "qualified meeting" is contractually defined in writing before a campaign starts specifically to prevent billing disputes — a sensible practice for anyone offering outcome-based pricing, us included, which is why we adopted the same discipline when we introduced our own pay-per-meeting option.

Where the comparison breaks down

RevenueFlow's own site shows a large content-marketing operation — on the order of 19,000+ blog posts and tens of thousands of auto-generated tool-comparison pages — built by what appears to be a four-person team. That volume is a strong signal the content is templated rather than individually researched, which is a fair thing to weigh against any specific claim they publish about their own results, given none of it is independently verifiable: no G2, no live Capterra listing, no Crunchbase profile, no third-party review presence of any kind was found. The VC logos on their homepage (Tiger Global, Accel, Andreessen Horowitz, Y Combinator) most plausibly represent introductions from those firms' portfolio companies rather than direct enterprise customers, since every named case study on their site is a small or mid-market company.

Check our numbers, not just theirs

Every claim above about Acclivity Labs links to a live page you can check yourself right now: our security posture and our real send data. Everything above about RevenueFlow is sourced directly from their own public site as of September 2026 — we didn't rely on secondhand claims to describe a competitor.

Which approach fits which buyer

If you want outbound pipeline handled entirely by someone else's team with no software to manage, RevenueFlow's model is a reasonable fit for that specific need. If you want a platform you own, can extend, and can eventually run in-house — or if you want a partner who can show you real, checkable numbers instead of self-reported case studies — that's the gap Acclivity Labs is built to fill.
